Looking for subcontractors to assist with my workload

Hello,

Does anybody on fiverr use the site to connect with other designers to do subcontract work? I’m looking to pay a designer per page for magazine layouts to assist me with my workload.

If not I know I can go to elance or other freelance sites, but I thought I’d try here too.
