rudevectors
Hi there,Anyone having issues with responding to emails and either the dashboard or within the inbox, where the clock icon displays far right, still warns about the need to respond? We’ve responded to an email and the account of the sender is still active but now the clock icon has turned red, warning about the hours we have left to respond. There have been a few issues with response rate and messages getting auto spammed etc during the updates but for a while it’s been ok, so is this new and are others getting, or have had this occur?Cheers
rudevectors
I can confirm this glitch has either come round again, or is caused by something new.The message which was responded to (and no new message came after) but still had the clock warning saying you should respond, has duly caused my response rate to drop to 88%, after 24hr expired. phoenixk
Well I have getting my butt seriously kicked with this bug. I have been responding to my message and I have dropped to 50% from 67%instead of going up. One person I was talking to thread is missing. So my perfect response rate has been shot definately not happy.
rudevectors
Update, the message response rate does come back up, slowly. The other thing, if you get a spam message, reporting it, counts as a response, so it’s a way to not have to answer and still keep your rate.
