Request modification or cancel order

I buy 5 gig from seller.
Seller mark order delivery before finish work.
Seller got ban from Fiverr and now not active seller.

But I can not request modification or cancel order…
Why?

Hi I am trying to find out if you got a refund after your click modification and they canceled your order, as I have the same thing going on!

I think you get refund only with mutual cancellation, or if you bring your case to costumer support. Best would be if you guys contact costumer support.

seller is banned from Fiverr for reasons, which mean they are uncontactable. Your only resort is to contact support.fiverr.com for a refund. There’s nothing we can do to help.

@dionneroberts, you can cancel at any time a job is still active, as it would be after a modification was requested. Look for the resolution center at the bottom of your order page.

This changed. Now after you hit the request modification button, then go to resolution center, it would say something like "you have requested a modification, please wait for the seller to respond ". You need to wait for the seller to deliver again before you can cancel. (or maybe wait until the gig is late, I haven’t test this)
