My order changed to two days

my order changed to two days i contacted customer support since 5days ago but no response i tried to edit my gigg and change it to a day but when i review it it will be two days on average. any help on this

I’ve been having the same problem last week. Everything is calculated now. So if you deliver late your gig delivery time can increase at anytime.

I also have the same problem. I used to have 6 to 8 days delivery time due to a long queue of orders. Since early October the orders were decreasing. Before, I can change the delivery time without hassle to adjust my time with the order queue.

So I contacted Fiverr CS and here I copy-paste the answer:

Hi there
The estimated delivery is based on your seller performance from previously delivered orders, and not based on what you placed as the order duration (which only effects the order timer).

Note that since my orders decreasing I deliver my orders within 3 days maximum, yet it didn’t change the average time.

I prefer the old system with the adjustable turn around time instead this ‘average delivery’ one.
