babibalubi Posted November 4, 2015 Share Posted November 4, 2015 Hi there,since yesterday I have a “phenomenon” in my message function.In some - not all - cases, messages from customers I´ve already responded are still marked as “pending”. Even if I answer “again” the status stays as “not answered”. (And my response rate is falling down for sure 😦Anybody else with this problem?
