Messages answered - but they are still marked as pending

Hi there,

since yesterday I have a “phenomenon” in my message function.

In some - not all - cases, messages from customers I´ve already responded are still marked as “pending”. Even if I answer “again” the status stays as “not answered”. (And my response rate is falling down for sure 😦

Anybody else with this problem?

We could’ve sworn this wasn’t around before we posted our thread, we went through many pages but the date is before our post.

We’ve suffered the same glitch
