How buyer can change the stars given

Hello… My client gave by error a lower rating than he wanted.
How can he change it with the app for iphone or from the computer??

I don’t know because i haven’t had this situation before!!

I think it can be changed from notification section.

I know can be edited, but i don’t know the right process… I never have used and i want to send to him some instructions.

On computer: Go to the order page through notifications, scroll at bottom, click “Change/Edit feedback”. Not sure about mobile.

If that happens, don’t reply the review, just message your buyer. He can find the order and change his review. If you reply the review by mistake, you’ll have to talk to customer service.

I have not done it yet. I’m waiting he will change it. Meantime i have not rated him.

He can easily change withing three days of posting the review . He can go to the same order page by completed order and then there will be option of edit a review … If time is more than three days then if your buyer is agree to change the review . You can also contact to CS for this . But in that case buyer must be in your side mean agree to change the review thank you
