Is your “Deliver on Time” counter stuck?

Hi,
My counter is stuck for a month now at 89% . It’s very frustrating as I have delivered more than 100 orders in this time and none of them were late. I had contacted CS a few weeks ago, but I have not received any solution. Have you had this problem and have you managed to fix it?
