Hi. I noticed that Fiverr does not refund it’s processing fees for cancelled orders.
Is this policy or error.
The buyer ultimately loses with both cancelled order as time was wasted and also Fiverr fees as whole amount should have been refunded.

If you make a $10 order, you get a $10 refund, the thing is, your refund is really a credit for you to make an order from someone else.

However, if you’re a seller on Fiverr and use your funds to buy from someone, and then demand a refund, that money goes back to you, and you can withdraw it as long as your balance has more than $5. I don’t recommend withdrawals for low amounts of money. So unless you really need that $50, wait until it become $300, $500, etc. Withdrawing $10 and losing $1 to paypal is a waste of money and a bad decision.

I tried Fiverr based on a colleague’s logo that I liked and she recommended it. I sent 4 requests and paid $5.00. I immediately within 24 hrs. received one response and asked for a revision. When I asked for a second revision was told that the revision wasn’t working as far as being able to set it up, although my only request was to use the business initials instead of a 3 circle graphic, so not much difference in my opinion. 4 initials vs 3 intertwined circles. I had a one week vacation out of the country, but before leaving paid the extra fee the designer/seller pushed for twice so he’d finish the revision and then when I returned we could decide. I had daily internet access during that week. I eventually received a message with a revision FOR ANOTHER LOGO AND NAME NOT MINE! Notified the seller and that was it, no response but eventually he cancelled. I’m supposed to get my $26 & change back per email message. The second seller responded in about 2 weeks - way too slow IMNO - and never has even completed one revision I asked for. The remaining two sellers I paid the $5 for never submitted any design, have not responded, I’ve even most likely forgotten who they are since there’s no track system using this website for any orders placed. So yeah, hasn’t worked for me either. I guess we get what we pay for. I’m not a seller and had never used Fiverr before.
