Can anybody tell me why i won’t be able to appear online when i remain active on fiverr…The green dot next to my profile picture aways remain inactive…

I believe you have to become a vegetarian for that but it can also work if you enable “Show online” from the app and toggle the “Go online” “Go offline” in the app. This works for me on android.

Thanks for your response…but i tried to do that from my app but it doesn’t work for me…and also i am vegetarian 😛 Still the problem remains the same…

You can check on desktop under settings> Public profile if that’s not turned off. If it still doesn’t work then you can contact the support. Chat support is available from 9-5 U.S. time.
