Buyer video samples disappeared

I noticed that all of my buyers’ video samples (the ones that my buyers have agreed to post for my gig) have disappeared from this gig: https://www.fiverr.com/ventriloquist1/make-your-promo-video-as-a-ventriloquist-detective?funnel=87cf9c26-9470-44fd-80a3-44c4b46df6ab

Why? How can I get them to reappear?

They appear now or they do from our end, maybe the live portfolio was temporarily disabled, or you accidentally switched it off.

That is odd, they do not appear on my end. I’m trying to upload a screen shot here so you can see what I mean, but it’s not allowing me to do that. (Yet another fiverr bug?)

I thought “live portfolio” refers to photos, not videos. Anyway, I don’t even know how to turn them on or off. How is that done?

Very odd, might be wrong about the portfolio bit but we’re assuming it will be the same for videos or photos, as it is turned off or on via the gig list. If you access selling->my gigs, then in the list on the far right, there will be an arrow drop down. There is a check box for live portfolio.

If from our end we can see the portfolio, then it must be turned on, I doubt it is but it could be a browser cache issue your end.

Thanks for the explanation. My live portfolio is back on, though I had never turned it off while it had disappeared. Strange.
