anderskd1 Posted October 31, 2015 Share Posted October 31, 2015 Hi guys!I’m new here, and I am having a problem.I tried creating a Gig, but had some problems with the cover photo. I followed the directions regarding the file format and the size (1100x260 pixels), but when I opened the picture and the “click and drag”-screen popped up, no picture was shown. When I then tried to ‘save and continue’, an error message appeared, saying that the scale and crop ratio was wrong.I don’t know what I am doing wrong?
