The reason of account banned

Today my friend got a message from fiverr. And why her account is banned, this is the reason. But I dont understand clearly what does this mean .

I think we also be careful about this. But what is your suggestions about this? You are expert and top rated. Or if you are admin or moderator, please help us to save our account as well.

The banned account cannot be saved, I’m sorry. It sounds like Fiverr has decided that the account was receiving purchases and reviews that were either from the same IP, purchased or obtained through a gig exchange (disallowed) or the same Payment account.

Something was being done that was determined to be a ToS violation. Your friend could ask for permission to start over with a new account, but without permission even that could be a bad call. Good luck.

Yes, you can make real purchases to get real work done. Technically you can even buy from someone you know, but not if you are on the same IP.

Making false purchases or deliberately allowing empty deliveries to give good feedback is against the rules. Trading gig purchases with someone to manipulate the rules is also a violation. You can find all of this and more in the Terms of Service, but maybe those pointers will help.
