fonthaunt Posted October 29, 2015 Share Posted October 29, 2015 No one on the forum can help you. Open a Customer Support ticket at www.fiverr.com/support. Fiverr did post some maintenance heads-up messages and there were outages occurring afterward. You probably tried during that period but it is working fine now. Also, if you write things like “how the hell do I…” that isn’t very polite or professional so while it might be OK for a forum, I wouldn’t write that way in a ticket asking for support.
