My friends need your help

Hi,

My friend called me today and asked me a favor. yesterday she saw , she did not able to open her account and her account was restricted .She is a level one seller and her selling is going really good.

In this situation what she supposed to do ? I have no idea why its happened to her. That is why I was not able to give her any suggestions.

May you please tell me what I supposed to tell her.
