I have five dollars in my shopping bag and I wanted to use it towards my logo that I had bought but I wasn’t able to. Now I am currently getting a website made but how do I use that 5 dollars towards that.

YOu have to buy a gig for the same amount of credits or less in your account. It does not apply credits towards larger purchases.

but you always can take that amount back to your bank account or credit card.

no you can’t. Not without filing a dispute and trying to do a chargeback. All refunds for orders placed on Fiverr go back to you as credits in your fiverr account.
