Buyer could not be reached and the order can not be canceled

I have a question.
My buyer could not be reached and the order can not be canceled. on account of my buyers notification “This page is no longer available”. I absolutely can not reach him until the time runs out. please help me to solve this problem.

The order can be cancelled, all you have to to is click “resolution center” and start the cancellation. If not, write customer service.

Sounds like your buyer got banned,which auto-deletes everything without telling you and leaves you confused? The only thing you can do is contact Customer Support.

I had that same thing awhile ago. I buyer submitted an order but their account was banned or something. The clock was ticking on the order but the buyer sent no instructions and I could not contact them or cancel the order. It is a weird situation. You have to contact seller support and ask them to cancel the order. In my case, it took longer than the order time so the order went as incomplete. Seller support was able to fix everything though. Just email them and wait. It will work out.
