panvogiatzis Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 I wanted to place a order, my mobile phone browser jumped to paypal and I payed my order.On jumping back, the browser crashed.Now, My order cannot be resumed but my paypal accout says, that the order was payed.The artist, though, didn’t get my order.How can I finish my order, now? joanneart Posted October 24, 2015 Share Posted October 24, 2015 I would suggest logging in via web browser and seeing if you can update the order that way. If not, you can always cancel the PayPal transaction and start a new order. If you have trouble canceling the order you may be able to contact Fiverr customer support but they have hundreds of thousands of members, it may take days or longer to resolve that way.
