irshan_cool Posted January 12, 2018 Share Posted January 12, 2018 Only the 4rd Point is acceptable for me … buyer have rights to give negative feedback as how he wish, we can not argue with them to give us 5 star rating and moving forward with what you got maintaining it more that 4.8 by working hart with more orders is good idea.Regarding he 1st Point … This is only acceptable when buyer is given the negative weed back by mistake or his misunderstanding. (Some sellers earned negative feedback for watermark on the image) then you can contact them and reconsider about the review.2nd point is not necessary if you are considering the forth point … as you no need to do any extra work for free.3rd point Never do this … then you will loose your revenue… revenue is most worth then the review.
