Unprofessional vs Professional looking gigs

I don’t know what to call it but I’ve been trying to figure out why my gigs aren’t listed at top even though I write proper details, instructions for buyers and offer relative pictures – one of my friend has account and he doesn’t do anything except copying content from other’s gigs and at the end, he has a dozen of messages each month whereas I got less than a ten views, no reply at all!

Any help would be highly appreciated!
