Fiverr\'s Non-Disclosure Agreement/Confidentiality

So I’ve seen it said that Fiverr has an internal NDA based upon its terms of services. Is this available somewhere? Basically I want to order a pretty big job and want to make sure that confidentiality is ensured by Fiverr.

Fiverr has no way of controlling whether a particular seller will be legit or not. At most, they can remove the scammer gig once the damage is done, but nothing more than that. Fiverr won’t take responsibility if the seller does something wrong.

If confidentiality is really important for you, I don’t think that hiring someone in an anonymous marketplace, where you can’t even be sure of the seller location, is the best option.
