Disabled Withdrawals - No Reply From Support Yet

I am a fiverr seller almost reaching my first year and I am really satisfied with the way fiverr operates.

However I had a serious problem some days ago. I tried to withdraw funds from my account and I got this message:

“Withdrawals are temporarily disabled for this account. Our team is working hard on getting this fixed as soon as possible.We apologize for the inconvenience.”

I checked the forum and saw that other people also had this problem that was eventually solved after contacting customer support.

I contacted the support team almost 4 days ago and I still haven’t got any reply for this really time-sensitive matter.

I totally understand that out support team has to deal with lots of tickets but I am withotu cash for 4 days now and with fiverr being my only source of income I am running into SERIOUS TROUBLE.

Normally, the support team takes 2-3 days to reply and it seems strange to see this going on longer than that.

I am just worried that I won’t get any reply at all or that it will take 1 week +. I really can’t wait so long for an incredibly serious issue like that.

I am posting this here with the hope that someone will see it and help with my problem a little faster!
