Improve Quick Responses

I’m a very big user of quick responses for Fiverr as it saves me a truck load of time but to make it more beneficial and user friendly can we have this happen please…

1. The ability to move quick responses up and down in the dropdown list.

2. The ability to put quick responses into folders that can be named.
