Messaging was disabled please help

Hello, today i have received a message from one guy saying that he needs an animation video from me. But in order to see the requirements he need me to register his traffic exchange website. Its a clear case of spamming, so i just reported it. After sometimes my messaging option was disabled instead of him. My buyers are waiting to accept the custom order but i am not able to send it. Opened a ticket on support, but no responds yet, I am afraid of loosing 2 buyers, please help…

I had messaging disabled for one select buyer a couple weeks ago and just got an email from support this morning saying they escalated the issue to the marketplace support team. Typically, you’ll then get an email from marketplace support saying they sent it to technical support.

I wish they’d contact the buyers for us to let them know what’s up.
