Can we please get a quicker response from customer support?

Fiverr is great. I love the recent changes they have made. But the only section Fiverr is still lacking is its “help” section. Quote is “A team is as weak as it’s weakest player”. I believe the only thing that Fiverr needs to give a lot of attention to Right Now is it’s customer support section. Can you guys introduce a chat feature? if not, please make the response time shorter. It takes more then 4 days to get a single response from CC rep.

Four days? I placed a support request two weeks ago, and another about four days ago. Haven’t heard from anyone yet.
