belengarcia Posted October 7, 2015 Share Posted October 7, 2015 That usually happens when somebody sends you a message that includes some forbidden word (Paypal, s***e…). The message is blocked by the system, and you get the notification but not the message.You’ll probably get it a few hours later, if it gets released after revision.
