Notification of unread message on todo

hi everyone i have a problem when i open my dashboard i get a unread message but when i open it then on next page i can’t find any unread message due to this problem my response rate is decreasing day by day please help me.

That usually happens when somebody sends you a message that includes some forbidden word (Paypal, s***e…). The message is blocked by the system, and you get the notification but not the message.
You’ll probably get it a few hours later, if it gets released after revision.
