amadear Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 I had a buyer who accepted a custom offer by mistake as they were trying to send me a message so I went ahead and canceled it for them. Several minutes later they wrote on the order/updated the order not to cancel it and gave details they were trying to put in the initial message. So now they want the order but I’ve already cancelled it and can’t find a way to communicate with them.
