I even provided examples along the lines of what I was after and an insight into the industry I am in.How do I go about cancelling the order and getting a refund? smork Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 Simply explain this to the seller and that you’d like to mutually cancel.The seller can then initiate a cancellation request for you, which you then accept and your funds will be returned back to you.There should also be an option on the order page for you to initiate the cancellation request yourself.
