What if a customer won't complete the order?

I have an order that the customer paid for and sent me the info on. I did the work and delivered it early and I haven’t heard anything from the customer. It’s two days now after the deadline. I haven’t had many orders yet, and I’d like to be able to get paid since I did the work. Are there are policies in place that support the seller? Any thoughts?
