How can i protect my account from "Messaging Disabled!" issue

Hello Sir, I contacted some people on Linkedin to promote my Gig. I messaged them my services but now I am not able to read my inbox because Fiverr has disabled my message option, it says the following:

"Messaging Disabled! One or more of your messages was reported as inappropriate or spam. Please contact Fiverr support to resolve this issue"

I have send messages to fiverr support team and i hope they will resolve it but How can i protect my account from “Messaging Disabled!” issue.

I need your valuable comments.
