evanego Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 I received offers that I do not like so I declined them, but I wonder why these are still showing in my order’s dashboard. they are kind of messy and annoying to see. How do you remove them right away?
zeus777 Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 I contacted customer support.They removed it right away! 😃
therealjamesarq Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Reply to @zeus777: I had a similar experience, the only difference is that two days later Fiverr still didn’t do anything. It’s getting really annoying, my whole page is swamped with those. 😦
alysmcdonough Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 You can’t. You have to contact customer support, which is ridiculous. They may also “accidentally” remove some orders from your to do list when they do this, so just be aware and check your gigs through your manage sales page as opposed to the to do list to make sure nothing’s missing.
evanego Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 Reply to @zeus777: OMG, such a hassle if that is the case. How I wish those offers will automatically disappear once declined. Contacting them will take time.
evanego Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 Reply to @alysmcdonough: OMG! I will look. This makes me worried. And it is indeed very annoying. grrrrrrrrr…
zeus777 Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Reply to @therealjamesarq:Really? I guess I was lucky, mine was removes pretty quickly. It is annoying to see that “spam reminder” , I hope you get your removed too.I also hope Fiverr comes with a way to deal with them…sigh.
blogpostseller Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 am getting the same problem, i tried Support too but still did’t get any help from fiverr support, (You received a Gig offer ) its also effecting my response rate too …Would be great if any one let us know how to remove this thing…Thanks,
emmaki Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 The only solution I found was to write to Customer Support and request that they “refresh” your to do list. There doesn’t seem to be any way for us to do it ourselves. Annoying, but that’s all you can do. It’s effective!
fonthaunt Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 It’s almost as annoying as spamming the forum with gig offers in the Tip or other non-ad categories. Since reading the forum rules lets us all know that gig offers and ads go in My Fiverr Gigs, that annoyance is so avoidable as well.
