Why Portfolio images aren't publishing in my gigs?

First of all, let me tell you that i have read all the post and followed the instructions.

I have live portfolio on, I usually deliver in pptx, PDF and word but i always attach a png file. I ask buyer to let it publish.

I use this quick response

"TO DO before and after marking order complete:

Please allow to publish the sample (png that i have attached) which don’t have any of your personal information."

Buyer reply they dont see any option.

Am i still doing anything wrong?
