Delivery problem! help me

I already delivered my photo album video, But fiverr say deliver again, I don’t know why, because client doesn’t say anything. But fiverr say already it was late delivery, What i do, Please suggest me.

The deliver again button is just really there even if you deliver already. It doesn’t mean you have to “Deliver again”…

But if it says late delivery try delivering again and if it doesn’t work try contacting --> Customer Support and they will help you out…

Hello, there is a “Deliver again” green button on the order pages just so you can deliver it again if you want to. You do not need to deliver it again. Once is usually enough.

two things…

1 - sometimes when you deliver a job, teh buyer will not say anything. Not all buyers give feedback or ratings and many do not mark it as complete on their end. It will automatically mark itself complete in 3 days, so you do not have to worry about that.

2 - If your account says the order is late deliver past the number of days on your gig, that is different. How did you deliver the photo album? Did you send it through Fiverr?
