Applying a Credit to your Gig request

I have had on going issue with trying to apply a $20.00 credit from a cancelled job to a new gig and can find NO ONE to guide me - anyone with knowledge please let me know! Frustrated. I have tried every which way!

It sounds like the new gig costs more than $20? If so, there is no built-in way to do that but there is workaround for now. If the gig costs $30 (example) you can ask the seller to divide the order into 2 custom quotes. Have them send one quote for $20 which will use the credit. Then have them send you a quote for $10 to complete payment. Good luck!
