Adding A Question Form To Answer When The Buyer Hits Modify

My niche is very subjective, so half the time I get “I don’t like the names” with nothing else making it a tiresome process of asking them the same questions until I get more direction out of the seller, so I can help them better. Also for some reason after they hit modify their response rate goes way down and it takes forever to receive answers. Thoughts and concerns are very welcome and appreciated on this idea.
