Group emails?

While discussing a project with a buyer, she has determined that another member of her team needs to be in the conversation, but there is no way to include multiple people in conversations on Fiverr. Her request that I contact this other team member through his email address seems reasonable, but I don’t think I can do it due to Fiverr’s terms. I guess this is both a question and a feature request.

1. Am I allowed to contact an associate of the buyer outside of Fiverr?
   
2. Fiverr needs to facilitate conversations with multiple people involved.
   
   
   
   And if I’m missing anything obvious because I’m still new, sorry 🙂
