I sent a custom offer to a client nearly three weeks ago, she accepted it, I delivered the order. Client didn’t respond in time so it auto completed in three days. The creepy thing is, client used it to place another order today!!! How can this be possible. Has anyone encountered something like this before? What should I do now? Send a cancellation request?
