Need some help here

Hi, i’m trying to include more royalty free background music on my work for my buyers, my question is : when i deliveer the video should I include the licence file for the background music with it in case he gets in trouble with youtube or something ? and can the buyer still use the licence even tho it has my name on it ? if there’s something else i don’t know i wish i could get some help from you guys 🙂
