mark74 Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 Nobody can help you here on forum as we are regular users like you.Create a ticket on Customer Support site and wait for their answer; consider it can take a couple of days to receive a response… if it takes longer do not create other tickets but write a follow up on the first ticket instead.
