Can't see feedback or rate buyer

Is anybody else having the same problem? It happened before and took a few days to resolve, and it’s happening again: buyers have marked the order as complete and have provided feedback, which means my to-do list includes the usual,



“How was your experience with the buyer?” RATE NOW



But when I click RATE NOW and scroll to the bottom of the page, it only shows that the order was marked as complete - no buyer feedback, no stars, zip. Any ideas?

I had the same issue but it was resolved few hours earlier.

Yeah, it sticks around for a while and then fixes itself. I’m curious to hear if anybody knows why?

Same here - can´t rate buyers 😦

Ok. additional info. I can confirm that after a while the given ratings go “live” so with patience everything is OK 🙂

I have a problem, buyer marked the order as completed he also give 5 stars and reviews but I can’t see that project in my portfolio nor the reviews, what’s wrong how to fix??

5 yrs old post…Buyer decides if they want it to be displayed on your portfolio. Looks like they didn’t, nothing else you can do.
