Getting a 403 forbidden page when replying to a fiverr gig

Hi everyone,



I was corresponding with a Fiverr gig professional when after a couple of messages back and forth, i now get a 403 forbidden page when I try to reply to his message. Can any one tell me why Fiverr is actively discouraging a customer from buying a gig? Has any one else had this experience or is it me only?

I think this happens when fiverr is updating the system and making upgrades or it is a scam buyer so fiverr blocks them
