tashows Posted September 21, 2015 Share Posted September 21, 2015 If you have already done the job and sent the files, I guess the best you can do is offer a free revision if they are not satisfied with the result. Other than that it’s unfair to back down, but then again I am not sure if a negative review from a dumb buyer is worth it… Try to communicate with a buyer to understand what went wrong, offer free revision and if it doesn’t work try contacting support, or mutually cancel to protect your rating. 😕 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
