Fiverr Disabled my Account Automatically without Checking the content of my messages

I was trying to give the instructions about my article. I was giving link resources so the writer can check how I want it to be done. Now, my account was automtically disabled and I created a ticket and after waiting more than 10 hours still no response. I cannot order because of this, and I am frustrated. Please help.

It can take 1-2 days to get a response, so just wait a bit longer.

And sending links to your work before you have ordered a gig may not be acceptable. Buyers and sellers are not supposed to contact each other outside of Fiverr.
