Why isn't the requested section largely expanded?

I feel like the requested section has so much potential, giving a lot of insight into what people are looking for. I wonder why we can only see 10 gigs at a time… In my opinion there should be a whole section of the website dedicated to this. If there’s lots of demand for gigs that aren’t being offered it’s in everyone’s best interest to know. Opinions?
