Issue in withdrawing the funds

Hi,

i am getting the issue in withdrawing the funds. following message come when i press bank transfer



"Withdrawals are temporarily disabled for this account. Our team is working hard on getting this fixed as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience."



Can you please help me out as there is no issue in my account, i can buy the gigs , but not allowing me to withdraw the funds from account. i have send 2 tickets ti support a week ago but not heard back from them.

Naveen, bank transfer is a very new feature here on Fiverr. It’s probably just a bug in the system. Support is a little behind since they are being swamped with requests lately, it takes them a while to get back to users.
