Why completed order cancelled automatically

Hi,

One of my friend notices me today that, few days ago, he completed an order with his buyer and he got a 5 star review as well. But today he notified that the order is cancelled and he got a mail. Mail screenshot attached. Do you have any idea about it?



Note: He asks buyer that, is he cancelled the order but the buyer said he don’t know about this cancellation.
