How the heck do you do this, and how do you post a "gig"?

I didn’t see a basic “how-to” or how to get started page. Where can I find out more about how this works and what kind of gigs I can post??

There is really a lot of help on Fiverr between the forum, the help pages, the Fiverr Academy and even off-Fiverr resources like just putting in Google or YouTube “How to create a gig.” If all of that doesn’t work, I am not sure what else to provide.
