I thought people would respond with gig links even if I asked them not to, and I expected to find lots of new sellers there. I was right on both counts but few people “applied” based on the Terms I set. I think even when I bumped my offer, desperate sellers were posting ads but reading nothing.You’d probably get the most response in Tips, so you could try adding a little tip post at the top for bottom and mention that if they post links their post won’t count.
