I am a level 2 seller and maintained a 100% rating until i met an insatiable buyer who dropped my reputation to 96. I still had no issues on my level and sales, But few days back, i had few orders the very day my son (3) had a serious accident and for 4 days, i was with him in the hospital. I managed to drop a message to the buyer telling him about my ordeal and asked for his patience for a few days and also promised to appreciate him with free gigs for his patience but he refused and threatened to cancel the orders and leave a negative feedback. I contacted CS and explained this to them and asked for the gigs to be cancelled by them.

The problem now is that my gigs are no longer showing up when i search for them on Fiverr, not even my username. Looks like my gigs are deindexed or something. I’ve not been getting any more sales since then even though i have tried deleting and adding some new gigs.

I have contacted CS on this issue for some days now but they have not responded to me. This is highly frustrating cause i don’t know what else to do.

Thanks so much in advance for your advice.

Wow, very sorry to hear about this. Aside from the CS inquiry, I’d recommend extending the delivery time of all your gigs. 2 days isn’t long, and if you get ill or something happens you’re relying on your customers to be reasonable.

I feel like I’ve been randomly recently also. I’ve always shown up on the first page of female voice overs (for the past year) and now I’m not showing up in any searches. Very frustrating. (yep, got a ticket in with CS)

I am quite optimistic that in my case, all my gigs are deindexed although i don’t see any reason why this should happen. I think the surefire way to ascertain that your gigs are still indexed is to search for your username.

This method definitely will pull up all your gigs and line them up. i have been using this method to check how all my gigs appear in search especially when i put up new gigs.

This process has failed to pull up my gigs and that’s why i’m sure of what i’m saying.

I’ll like to know if anyone have had such experience and how it was resolved.
