hstalling
I’ve been looking online about ways I can affordably promote my gig to get more traffic. Most people say the usual FB, Linkedin, Twitter. Has anyone found this or something else to be effective?

gudwriter
Also, do try in the forums such as digital point, v7n and warriorforum. But avoid spam or you get banned.

magellon
Lots of good suggestions here. Social Marketing is by far my favorite and most rewarding form of advertisement, for that reason most of my Gigs are offering to post to various Social Networks, including a 90,000 Followers’ Twitter account and 45 other Social Networks. marsch001
I guess it depends on what type of gigs you do; I can’t share the gigs that I’ve done online because it might be sensitive information (or the people don’t want to show that they’ve used a translator they found online for cheap) – this is why good reviews are even more important to me, in addition to return buyers. rstraffic
IMHO, best place to promote your gigs is Fiverr platform itself or the forum because members know what they’re doing here 🙂 As for me, I prefer a certain high traffic website and Twitter. Thanks for reading.
