Just bought a gig, but its not showing up in my purchased gigs section

No… I got that wrong, you need to respond to the gig ordered if you ordered it otherwise Fiverr won’t process it.

paypal and fiverr have issues at the moment. hopefully it all clears up otherwise you will need to request a refund within paypal and then re-order from fiverr, but check with their support first.

I am also having the exact same problem as narvacan. Two gigs ordered, money was taken for both, but absolutely no gig appears. Spent hundreds and hundreds on this site, never felt as ripped off as I do right now.

Same for me. I just paid for two gigs that I need in a hurry. PayPal took my money. I need to explain to the seller what I need, but it’s not showing up in my account. I tried to find an email address for fiverr to no avail. Anybody know what I can do?

I send a message to the support to explain this situation.

I gave them my paypal transaction number and thanks to that, they solved the problem in 5 minutes 🙂

How is that possible I submitted my problem with the support hours ago and it still haven’t gotten a reply. How did you contact support? I used the Contact Support on the top of this page then submitted a request. Am I contacting support in the wrong way? Your help would be much appreciated.
